            G\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131n neredeyse her alan\u0131nda stres deneyimlenmektedir. Stresin devaml\u0131 olarak ya\u015fanmas\u0131 anksiyeteye neden olup bireyin sosyal ya\u015fant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 fiziksel ve ruhsal sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz olarak etkiler. Kronik olarak uykusuzluk problemi ya\u015fayan ki\u015filerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra stres ve anksiyete problemleri de ki\u015filerde uykusuzluk problemlerine yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. En yayg\u0131n tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 ve destekleyici tedavi y\u00f6ntemlerinden biri olan aromaterapi, yayg\u0131n olarak psikolojik ve fiziksel bozukluklar\u0131n tedavisinde kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu derleme aromaterapinin stres, anksiyete ve uykusuzlu\u011fun azalt\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik etkinli\u011finin tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131 ile yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flamda Google Scholar ve PubMed veri tabanlar\u0131ndan yararlan\u0131larak \u00e7e\u015fitli yay\u0131nlar derlenmi\u015ftir. Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sonucunda aromaterapinin stres, anksiyete ve uykusuzluk \u00fczerindeki olumlu etkisi g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstract<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

               Stress is experienced in almost every area of daily life. Constant stress causes anxiety and negatively affects the physical and mental health of the individual. In addition to people who suffer from chronic insomnia, stress and anxiety problems also lead to insomnia problems in people. Aromatherapy, one of the most common complementary and supportive treatment methods, has been widely used in the treatment of psychological and physical disorders. This review was written to discuss the effectiveness of aromatherapy in reducing stress, anxiety and insomnia. In this context, various publications have been compiled using Google Scholar and PubMed databases. As a result of the studies, the positive effect of aromatherapy on stress, anxiety and insomnia has been shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
